Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of required Supervisory and Property Management experience within multifamily.
• 5-7 years of preferred experience Multi-site Management.
• Required skills include fair housing laws and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred skills for this position include Yardi and landlord/tenant knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of a high complexity apartment community, multiple communities, and/or mixed-use properties.
• Manages leasing, occupancy, maintenance, and the performance of property associates.
• Coordinates with Corporate Office, budgets, vendor contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan for the property with the Marketing Department.
• Conducts move-in/move-out inspections and maintains housing quality standards.
