Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4 years in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance.
• Strong supervision and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff and oversees performance.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment incl. HVAC.
• Performs carpentry duties and drywall/painting tasks.
• Inspects electrical systems and lighting and replaces components.
• Handles plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Coordinates with contractors; bids and vendor negotiations.
• Executes preventative maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
