Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Regional Maintenance to provide operational and technical leadership across an assigned portfolio of communities, ensuring maintenance programs, life-safety standards, and readiness are consistently executed.

The role partners with onsite and regional leadership to strengthen maintenance performance, support capital projects, and coordinate warranty work, with 50–70% travel and a 40+ hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of facilities or property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and life-safety requirements.
• Experience managing multi-site maintenance operations and vendors.
• Leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight and hands-on support for maintenance operations across assigned communities.
• Coach and develop maintenance Supervisors and onsite teams through technical guidance and training.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, life-safety, and code compliance across communities.
• Support capital planning, budgeting, and monitoring of expenditures for assigned sites.
• Coordinate vendor selection, contracts, and performance management.
• Assist with new development transitions, warranty coordination, and operational readiness.
