Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead and develop maintenance leaders across multiple sites in the region, driving preventative programs, budgets, and safety across locations.

You will oversee Maintenance Managers, coordinate with operations teams, and respond to emergencies with decisive action. Travel up to 80% is required to ensure consistent maintenance excellence region-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of direct leadership experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience.
• 6+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the region.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols across all sites and implement safe work practices.
• Lead vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors, with ROI analysis for decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to monitor maintenance execution and guide locations.
