Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of multifamily property management across assigned assets in Florida. You will lead maintenance, renovations, budget planning, tenant relations, and compliance with tax-credit programs while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Under general supervision, you will coordinate rent collections, vendor contracts, and operating expenses, supervise site staff, and ensure high occupancy and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of tax credit property management experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to property management and tenant rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, renovation, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly QA inspections.
• Maintain building systems and supervise all repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist Leasing Representative to maintain high occupancy and tenant retention.
• Administer and coordinate rent collection and enforce leases.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective action.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff; manage safety programs.

Education
