Job summary

Venterra Realty, based in Houston, seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple communities within the Houston region. You will lead Maintenance Managers, drive the Neighborhood Services Program, and ensure budgets and safety standards are met to optimize resident satisfaction and asset performance.

The role requires 3+ years in multisite maintenance with strong leadership, HVAC/CPO certification preferred, and solid carpentry, electrical, and plumbing

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading multifamily maintenance across multiple sites.
• HVAC & CPO certification preferred.
• Strong carpentry, waterproofing, roofing, gutters, asphalt repairs, and general building maintenance.
• Electrical and plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety.
• Proven track record of excellent customer experience.
• Advanced MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance Operations teams across communities within the Houston region.
• Oversee Maintenance Managers with coaching, leadership, and performance management.
• Support Neighborhood Services Program and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate on budget creation and expense management to maximize profitability.
• Establish and enforce maintenance service standards, vendor relations, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to align with property performance and resident satisfaction goals.
• Support team with additional duties to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
