Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the U.S. for training and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across assigned communities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Lead and schedule maintenance staff; manage vendor relations and bids.
• Inspect properties for safety, compliance, and quality; track repairs and warranties.
• Coordinate turn/occupancy readiness of vacated units and ensure timely completions.
