WinnCompanies in El Paso, TX seeks a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to supervise maintenance across properties in the region and act as the primary contact for maintenance staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of financial and budget control.
• Experience with capital project management and enforcing safety regulations.
• Experience with REAC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance operations and perform hands-on maintenance when needed.
• Ensure site logs are accurate and maintained.
• Ensure apartment upkeep, maintenance requests and unit turnovers meet Winn standards.
• Maintain site safety and coordinate emergency responses on site outside normal hours.
• Collaborate with the property manager to adhere to budgets.
• Assess and recommend property projects with maintenance leadership.
• Pre-inspection of properties for REAC with above-average results.
• Act as technical lead for maintenance staff.
• Provide training for maintenance personnel.
• Review Open Position Report and assist in filling vacancies quickly.
