WinnCompanies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across properties in Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda, CA. The role requires regular travel and serves as the primary contact for maintenance personnel to ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes NSPIRE and TCAC inspection readiness, budget collaboration with property managers, and timely completion of work orders, audits, and capital projects while upholding Winn standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 5-8 years of supervisory / managerial experience.
• Strong background in preparing for NSPIRE and TCAC inspections.
• A current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
• Travel 4 days a week to properties in Oakland, Emeryville and San Pablo.
• Experience with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations.
• Maintain curb appeal and building interior & exterior to Winn Standards.
• Review building systems for proper operations.
• Ensure logs and apartment turnovers are completed to Winn Standards.
• Ensure Customer Service & Work Orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Review WOPR report and complete annual maintenance audits.
• Oversight of contractors and recommendations.
• Ensure seasonal maintenance and snow removal is completed safely and timely.
• Respond to emergencies on site during and after business hours.
