The role requires hands-on maintenance, overseeing trades, coordinating preventive maintenance, and handling on-call duties after hours. A high school diploma, 3–5 years of experience, and CAMT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• CAMT certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication.
• On-call availability for off-hours.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day maintenance operations as a working supervisor across multiple trades.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal via snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• Perform monthly building and unit inspections to ensure standards.
• Review third-party inspections and resolve repairs.
• Prepare work schedules for staff and vendors; manage preventive maintenance.
• Solicit bids for capital projects with approvals.
• Participate in on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies.
• Perform hands-on maintenance activities.
