Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional in Joliet, IL to lead the maintenance department across multiple centers. You will plan, direct, and evaluate maintenance programs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with other departments.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of building maintenance leadership, knowledge of boilers and electrical/plumbing systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screen.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Licensure in accordance with current standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, staff, and the public.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and regulations in nursing facilities.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair, new construction, and equipment installation.
• Ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and plant operations.
• Assume administrative authority for directing the maintenance department.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
• Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility/resident property as necessary.
• Inspect storage/print rooms for upkeep and supply control.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Recommend adjustments in maintenance services to administrators.
