Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and physical reviews.
• Assume administrative authority and accountability for the maintenance department.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
