Job summary

Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across multiple centers in Illinois. You will plan, develop, and direct the maintenance department, ensure safety regulations are followed, and coordinate with other departments.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent with 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director, a valid driver's license, and ability to read blueprints. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and electrical/plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, Tels, workorders, physical review, plant operation, building construction, fire alarm, sprinklers, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments.
• Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility/resident property as necessary.
• Inspect storage rooms, workrooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) by government agencies.
• Keep abreast of economic conditions and recommend maintenance adjustments.
