Allure HCS in Illinois seeks a Regional Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance department across multiple centers, ensuring safety, scheduling, and capital needs are met. You will manage plans, supervise trades, read blueprints, ensure compliance with codes, and coordinate with other departments to maintain clean, safe facilities for residents.

This role requires high school diploma, 5–10 years as maintenance director, and a valid driver's license; background and drug screen are

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent.
• 5-10 years as a maintenance director in a building/facility setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Licensure in accordance with current standards and codes.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and plant operations including fire alarm systems and utilities.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance services with related departments.
• Establish and participate in a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility and resident property as needed.
• Inspect storage and work areas for upkeep and supply control.
• Support facility surveys and comply with government inspections.
• Recommend adjustments to maintenance services to ensure a safe, clean environment.
