Located in Miami, you will collaborate with marketing and merchandising to maximize profitability while delivering an unforgettable client experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the design field or working with luxury products.
• Managerial experience with an emphasis on developing a business.
• Previous retail management experience, exceptional customer-service skills, as well as a commercial focus and a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media.
• Ability to think strategically and a demonstrable entrepreneurial/hands-on approach.
• Bold sense of initiative.
• Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Sales Force, SAP).
• Excellent team leadership.
• Ability to create and cultivate a network.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flagship/store/corner to achieve sales objectives and superb customer experience.
• Attract new customers, promote and organize events to generate business opportunities.
• Involve sales teams in design events and trade shows.
• Nurture client relationships in-store and beyond through customer database activities.
• Promote a memorable shopping experience with storytelling and strong selling skills.
• Provide training sessions to develop the store team across collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
