Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in premium or luxury brands.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledgeable in omnichannel retail strategies and delivering seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to meet quality standards.
• Analyze indicators and implement action plans to drive timely outcomes.
• Oversee CRM activities and ensure optimization.
• Manage customer complaints with proper resolution and escalation.
• Plan store activities to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure procedures and service quality are followed and monitored.
• Supervise stock and align with Merchandising and Area Manager.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to support brand development.
• Aim for sales targets, revenue goals and profitability.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage shift schedules; set KPI-aligned goals.
