Technogym is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new luxury boutique in Miami, FL. You will be an ambassador for the brand, drive your team to hit sales targets, and ensure the store looks inviting and on-brand at all times.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of luxury-store management experience, strong leadership, a consultative sales approach, and ability to nurture client relationships and collaborate with local marketing. Retail hours including weekends/holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the FlagShip/Store/Corner to achieve sales objectives and deliver a supreme customer experience.

• Lead and train the sales team; ensure store visuals and brand standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee excellent customer service and brand consistency.
