Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. in the United States seeks a Technogym Solution Expert in our Boutique to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, embody the brand, and connect with customers who value Made in Italy design and wellness.

You will work to exceed sales targets, maintain product knowledge, attract new customers, participate in events, keep CRM up to date, and collaborate across omni-channel teams to speed the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business.
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media.
• Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP).
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Ability to create and cultivate a network.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets.
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible.
• Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills).
• Keep the CRM system up to date.
• Adhere to the Dress Code and Brand Guidelines; follow Security and Health and Safety regulations.
• Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach.
