Technogym in Miami is seeking a responsible, highly motivated Technogym Solution Expert in our Boutique with a genuine interest in the brand and a passion for sport and wellness. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to customers and striving to exceed expectations.

You will maintain strong product knowledge, support sales targets, and collaborate with Field Sales and Teleselling to enhance the customer journey in an omni-channel environment.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business.
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships and knowledge of local marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Store Sales Performance by achieving sales targets.
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Cooperate with other consumer sales functions in an omni-channel approach to speed up the customer journey.
