Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) seeks an Area Director of Retail to lead our luxury retail vision across Charleston properties. You will define strategy, oversee merchandising, buying, and brand expression, and ensure a warm, elegant guest experience across all locations.

The role requires 8+ years in luxury retail or related fields, proven multi-site operations experience, and strong leadership with a deep understanding of luxury consumers. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in luxury retail, merchandising, or buying; hospitality retail experience preferred.
