Job summary

Homegrown Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee its multi-concept restaurant group across Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Columbia areas. The role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction through strategic leadership.

You will lead budgeting, audits, and people development while ensuring brand standards and cross-functional collaboration. Travel within the region is required; an MBA is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in restaurant management, 2+ years in multi-unit/regional role.
• Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
• Oversee region P&L, manage budgets and expenses to meet targets.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor General Managers and regional leaders.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, marketing, and culinary teams on initiatives.
• Conduct audits and safety compliance across locations.
