The Charleston Place, part of BHC, seeks a Managing Director to lead the property and oversee The Riviera Theatre. You will drive strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence while guiding a major renovation to preserve five-star service.

We seek a visionary luxury hospitality leader with a proven ability to inspire teams, deliver top-line results, and maintain Forbes Five-Star standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior executive role (Managing Director/GM or equivalent).
• Proven track record overseeing luxury hotel operations and asset stewardship.
• Experience coordinating major renovations while maintaining service standards.
• Deep knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards and brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic vision for The Charleston Place in alignment with ownership and BHC values.
• Lead the Executive Committee to deliver exceptional service, financial performance, and colleague engagement.
• Direct a full-scale hotel renovation ensuring seamless operations and luxury guest experience.
• Ensure brand standards across all departments and coordinate with Riviera Theatre leadership.
