Job summary

Fairfield seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multifamily community operations across their designated region, with a focus on financial performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Based in Arlington, VA, this role requires frequent travel within the VA, DC, and MD area to visit communities and the corporate office, manage budgets, lead on-site teams, and ensure high standards in housing compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, HUD programs, and multi-site management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve budgets and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HUD Section 8, tax credits, and fair housing laws.
• Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and monitor financial performance across multiple communities.
• Analyze market trends and support strategy to enhance community value and positioning.
• Travel frequently to VA, DC, and MD communities and the corporate office.
