Job summary

BVLGARI seeks a success-driven leader to elevate clienteling across a multi-store region, mentoring client advisors and driving loyalty. You will build outreach plans, recruit and retain local clients, coordinate store activations, and partner with CRM, Events and Training to deliver exceptional luxury experiences.

This role requires strong relationship-building, sharp communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years in retail management, marketing, or CRM focusing on client engagement.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, motivate and inspire teams toward client engagement.
Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, service, and luxury client experience.
Strong planning, organizational skills with attention to deadlines and detail.

Responsibilities

Lead regular 1-1 conversations with client advisors on client journey mapping and coaching on relationship development.
Lead Client Development efforts to recruit and retain clients through effective outreach and relationships.
Facilitate execution of clientele actions at store level while upholding brand standards.
Ideate local boutique activations, review nominations for gifting and events within the region.
Collaborate with Training and CRM to reinforce positive clienteling behaviors and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain partnerships with CRM, Events, High End and Training teams to drive in-store client strategy.
