Louis Vuitton is seeking a Regional Client Relations Manager for the West Region to lead client engagement and loyalty initiatives among our premier clients. You will design strategies in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Client Development team to elevate experiences and drive growth.

With deep expertise in luxury client behavior, clienteling, and event execution, you will contribute to the ongoing success of the West Region and uphold the Louis Vuitton promise across stores.

Qualifications

• Extensive people management experience in luxury retail.
• World-class customer service and clienteling skills.
• Fluent in best practices for elevated client hosting and selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Co-create regional strategy for driving exceptional product categories and tailor plans by store.
• Lead in-store client-focused animations and collaborate with teams to meet business objectives.
• Partner with Stores Client Development and Top Sellers to grow and develop our existing Client base.
