Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention, shortage control, accident reduction and fraud prevention programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Assist VP of Loss Prevention in training management and hourly staff on shortage and safety controls.
• Develop and upgrade training materials for awareness sessions.
• Supervise confidential investigations and interviews.
• Must be able to travel frequently.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of Shortage and Accident Reduction Goals for the Division.
• Develops action plan for Shortage Initiative.
• Supervises and trains all LPDMs.
• Manages internal and external investigations.
• Responsible for the physical security of all buildings.
• Manages LP Budgets.
• Manages third-party Loss Prevention or Safety relationships.
• Partners with VP of Store Ops and HR for integrated solutions.
