Qualifications

• BA or higher preferred, in Business or Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years directly-related, multi-unit Loss Prevention/retail experience.
• Proven ability to lead store-based Loss Prevention teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Reduce shortages across stores/districts/area and respond to shortage processes.
• Investigate and resolve internal/external theft and fraud; leverage LP tools to mitigate loss.
• Train and develop SPS associates; collaborate with leadership and HR on corrective actions.
• Maintain records and communicate findings; ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
