Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Loss Prevention Manager to oversee loss prevention initiatives across multiple stores and districts. You will protect assets, reduce shortages, and partner with store leaders to drive safety and compliance.

In this role, you will lead a team of store protection specialists, coordinate investigations, and partner with Corporate LP to implement programs that deter theft and improve safety metrics. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree or greater preferred.
• At least 5 years of loss prevention experience in multi-unit retail.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead loss prevention initiatives across assigned stores/districts to achieve shortage and safety goals.
• Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and safety incidents; coordinate with investigations team.
• Develop and coach SPS team, partner with store leadership, and ensure compliant, safe store environments.
