DHL Supply Chain seeks an Account Manager to oversee regional logistics operations in the Dallas area. You will manage transport, warehousing, and distribution, while leading a regional team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will set KPIs, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and report performance to senior leadership. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or 4 years equivalent experience, required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related role, required
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution practices, required
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, required
• Proven ability to manage a broad base of customers and maintain high satisfaction levels, required
• Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize operations, required
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, required
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, required

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad base of customers.
• Manage, train, and mentor regional staff.
