Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing large teams across facilities or regions.
• Experience leading logistics during company expansion is a strong plus.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with a scientific approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional logistics strategies focusing on cost, efficiency, and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize routes and labor allocation, and document results.
• Lead regional teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Talent teams to improve processes and growth.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and roll up sleeves during high‑pressure periods.
