Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the safe, efficient movement of crew transportation within assigned territory, ensuring timely pickup and delivery to support operational schedules.
• Monitor vehicle locations and trip status using GPS tracking and transportation management platforms, adjusting trips and routes as necessary.
• Issue clear instructions via phone and electronic methods, ensuring all parties have accurate, timely information.
• Make rapid, calculated decisions regarding trip assignments and resource deployment while maintaining safety and service quality.
• Coordinate transportation services according to operating plans, customer needs, and railroad schedules with precision.
• Track vehicle and crew movements across multiple systems, maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
