Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch Operations, or related field.
• Experience with dispatch coordination, crew transportation, railroad operations, or related planning.
• Lean principles or continuous improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the safe, efficient movement of crew transportation within assigned territory, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
• Monitor vehicle locations and trip status using GPS and TMS, adjusting trips to prevent delays.
• Issue clear instructions via phone and electronic methods to ensure timely information flow.
• Make rapid, calculated decisions on trip assignments and resource deployment under pressure.
