• Provide guidance and direction to location leadership to achieve goals and targets.
• Approve expenditures and budgets; monitor financial targets.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership on product, process, and technology needs.
• Develop plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; oversee safety and quality standards.
• Oversee multi-location operations and staff development across the Funeral Home industry.
