Job summary

OnTrac in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Regional Manager of Linehaul Operations to lead the end-to-end performance of middle-mile transportation across a defined region. This leader will own on-time performance, capacity utilization, and cost control, while driving disciplined execution of linehaul plans and continuous improvement across planning and operations.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional influence, and the ability to partner with Fleet, Safety, Network Planning, and Finance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, linehaul, middle-mile, or network operations.
• 3+ years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hub-and-spoke logistics models.
• Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance across OTD, OTA, LOD, lane reliability, and service impact lanes.
• Ensure adherence to standardized linehaul cut-off times and execution windows.
• Act as regional escalation point for service disruptions and capacity constraints.
