Green Alpha Property Management, based near Raleigh with Southeast growth, seeks a Traveling Property Manager for the Gulfport, MS area. You will steward a growing Mississippi portfolio with essential property management duties and a positive, proactive attitude.

Travel is heavy, up to 80%, with possible overnight stays up to 2 months. The annual salary range is $70,000-$80,000, reflecting the field's responsibilities and the opportunity for career progression within a expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family residential property management experience.
• LIHTC experience is required.
• Driver's license and legal ability to work in the United States.
• Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports, as needed, on any property that may need assistance from corporate.
• Provide remote oversight to properties, regardless of geographical location.
• Supports Regional Property Managers in each state as needed.
• Monitors past dues, maintenance requests, and vacancies.
• Support in leasing activities across the portfolio.
