WAC Group seeks a Regional Commercial Lighting Specification Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strategic customer relationships across the Southeast. This role also manages an independent sales representative network in the territory, driving revenue and market share in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 5+ years of sales leadership, lighting industry experience, and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including management of an independent sales force.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
• Residence within the territory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, train, and support independent sales representatives to maximize performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales partners, and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage account performance, budgets, and sales forecasts.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure long-term account success.
