Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable building operations for associates and customers.

The role requires 50%+ travel, maintaining mechanical licenses, and coordinating with managers, vendors, and contractors. A strong leadership mindset and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building maintenance experience (3–5 years optimal)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills: lead, motivate, and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving: root cause and breakdown analysis

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50% or more and maintain contractor licenses
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance
• Participate in training and inspections to ensure quality standards
• Obtain and secure permits and schedule inspections as required
