Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient operations, and deliver a high-quality environment for associates and customers.

The role requires ~50% regional travel, collaboration with store managers, vendors, and leadership, plus reporting and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5+ years in facilities management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Licenses/credentials required or preferred as listed (Master Electrician, EPA PMP, Lean Six Sigma).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for services and projects.
• Prepare reports and analytics on facilities performance.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits as required.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure scope-of-work alignment.
