You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

The role requires travel around 50% and maintaining Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in general facilities and maintenance leadership.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical trade experience.
• EPA Universal Certification, PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ~50% regional travel for facilities maintenance.
• Maintain licenses and regulatory compliance for the region.
• Lead technicians and coordinate with vendors to execute scopes.
• Report metrics and analytics on facility performance.
