Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years of facilities management or related experience.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of Walmart facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed and ensure work quality.
• Report and analyze facility performance metrics to drive improvements.
