Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical professional in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure efficient and safe facility operations, and collaborate with store leadership and contractors to meet maintenance goals.

The role involves substantial travel, licenses management, and participation in training programs to stay compliant with evolving codes and standards.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits as required.
