Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/Electrical professional in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure safe, efficient buildings, and partner with store managers and vendors.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and travel requirements, with a robust compensation package and education benefits.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills – root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% travel within the region and maintain contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and inspections as required.
