Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area. Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a welcoming environment for associates and customers.

The role requires travel, regulatory license upkeep, collaboration with managers and vendors, and a focus on reporting and compliance to drive performance and reliability across Walmart facilities.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building maintenance experience (3–5 years).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region approximately 50% to support facilities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Generate reporting and analytics on facility performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and obtain permits as required.
