Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building maintenance experience - 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and ability to develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of ~50% while maintaining licenses in the employment state.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and conduct analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance inspections.
