Qualifications

• 3-5 years general facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of ~50% to support facilities across sites; maintain active contractor licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to determine facility service needs.
• Coordinate with various vendors and contractors as required.
• Prepare and analyze reporting and analytics related to facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as mandated by mechanical or building codes, when applicable.
