Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable facility operations. This role requires travel and maintenance of contractor licenses, with a focus on predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• General facilities management and building maintenance experience required.
• Electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership and strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50% or more and maintain contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training programs and inspections as required.
