Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for regional stores. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently, and collaborate with store managers to meet service levels.

The role requires current licenses, strong leadership, and the ability to travel frequently. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• 3–5 years general facilities maintenance or related experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications such as EPA Universal, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region to oversee facilities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
• Participate in regulatory training and inspections.
• Schedule inspections per building codes and regulations.
