Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of stores within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Responsibilities include working with store managers and leadership, coordinating with vendors, reporting, and maintaining licenses and inspections to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree plus experience in the listed areas qualifies for 3 years of experience.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.
• Certifications like PMP and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to maintain facilities across a regional area.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership, vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain reporting and analytics on maintenance operations.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections are up to date and compliant.
