AdaptHealth, LLC seeks a Manager of Kaiser Liaison and Consignment Closets to lead regional liaisons and closet operations across Kaiser Permanente sites. You will ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services, oversee training programs, and coordinate with senior leaders to enhance patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong collaboration with Kaiser staff, with travel as needed to multiple locations.

Formación

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years' leadership experience in HME or healthcare operations is desired.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence/where job is based.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional liaisons and consignment closet operations.
• Ensure timely delivery, inventory replenishment, and order expediting.
• Serve as key contact for Kaiser staff escalations and issue resolution.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Establish department goals and monitor KPIs to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Kaiser staff to improve patient services and outcomes.
