Kaiser Permanente in Washington state seeks a Workers' compensation liaison within a medical office setting. You will act as a liaison between Occupational Health and internal and external customers, handle patient registration and check-in, and provide telephone reception and appointment services in line with regional policies.

Under the supervision of the Manager and in collaboration with the Health Care Team, you will manage multiple tasks, protect patient confidentiality, use Healthconnect

Formación

• Medical terminology/anatomy knowledge is required.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and dependability are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients, check-in, and route to services.
• Provide telephone reception and appointment scheduling per scripts.
• Maintain Healthconnect/Agility systems and protect patient confidentiality.
• Educate injured workers and direct them to resources in the program.
• Document employment info and injury date in Healthconnect.
• Assist with claims scenarios and coordinate with care teams.
• Handle mail and direct to departments as needed.
